You will be asked read and sign these prior to the date of your first arranged service

I agree to provide/arrange a key if necessary to Adventure Calls prior to the first walking appointment or drop-in service.

I authorize Adventure Calls to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with my dog(s). I agree to accept full financial responsibility for any necessary veterinary care provided to my dog(s) and understand that every effort will be made by Adventure Calls to contact me prior to any veterinary care being provided. I agree for Adventure Calls to use an alternative vet if my vet is not available.

* I will take full responsibility for any medical charges/damages to any other dogs or dog walker caused by my dog(s).

I realize I must give a minimum 24 hours’ cancellation notice to any service provided by Adventure Calls or the amount will be paid in full. Cancellations by the customer are required to be made as soon as possible by telephone/text.

Adventure Calls will inform me of any incident or anything they notice about my dog(s) whilst in their care which the owner should know about.

I understand Adventure Calls reserve the right to refuse to walk any dog(s).

I understand that if my dog(s) receives the kennel cough vaccine, Adventure Calls cannot provide services to my dog(s) for 2 weeks thereafter as it is a live vaccine. I agree to notify Adventure Calls if my dog(s) contracts kennel cough or has the kennel cough vaccine.

I acknowledge that Adventure Calls reserves the right to modify walks, potentially substituting them with Pop-in Visits, based on prevailing extreme weather conditions, such as extreme heat, extreme rain, and extreme snow.

I understand that Adventure Calls cannot walk a bitch in season until their full season is over.

I agree to pay a weekly 50% holding fee of my usual booked in service if I am to go on holiday - This is capped at £25 per week for the first 4 weeks - if holidays exceed 4 weeks per year, we need full payment of usual booked services). This does not include holidays on our side and our 2 weeks off during Christmas and New year.

I declare that my dog(s) is not on the banned breed list in accordance with UK law.

I declare that my dog is not under a dog control order and that I will notify Adventure Calls if this should change at any point prior to my next arranged service.

I declare that any history of human/dog bites will be disclosed to Adventure Calls during the consultation.

I declare that everything disclosed in the consultation I know to be true and a fair representation of my dog(s)
