FAQ's

Do you have a minimum for walks per week?
Yes, minimum of 1 walk per week.

Where do you walk?
We have a variety of different locations around the outskirts of Aberdeen City.
Mainly Parks, Grassy Fields & Woodland areas.   We also hope to use fully enclosed dog fields as soon as we can. 

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured & DBS Checked.

Are there any breeds of dog you won’t walk?
No, We evaluate dogs based on their character rather than judging them by the reputation of a specific breed.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand the unexpected may happen and you may need to cancel walks. There is no charge for this if 24h advance notice is given.

What happens during bad weather conditions?
Our effort is to continue outdoor activities regardless of the weather. Rain isn’t a problem but snow might occasionally pose challenges. 
(We may shorten walks and/or change some walks to Pop-in visits)

What happens when you have no vehicle? 
When we have no vehicle, we always try our best to continue walks & Pop-ins visits. We will most likely alter our service to 30min solo walks and/or garden time at the very least. We can also give you the option to completely cancel for full refund.

Do you have a retainer fee?

 Yes, To ensure your dog/s keep their place secure, we request that a 50% retainer fee is paid to us during weeks of absence. (this does not include holidays from our side)
